14 Feb 1845 Seaman Stephen Hoyt died.
14 May 1845 Began painting outside -- 1330 Percivalashore with 4 armed boats -- 1600 Percivalback with 5 hostages.
15 May 1845 Lieutenant Alden took 3 junks with the launch and 2 cutters.
30 May 1845 "...painting the white streak..."
31 May 1845 Spoke British ship DUILIUS.
12 Jul 1845 "Expended an old hammock to cover the Captain's portrait..."
1 Sep 1845 Discharged John Arheap (officers cook), John Ahong (Landsman), and Wong Agong (Ordinary Seaman) -- all Chinese.
4 Sep 1845 "...main spencer..."
7 Sep 1845 Met British squadron under Vice Admiral Thomas Cochrane, which was composed of frigate AGINCOURT, sloop VESTAL, 2 steamers (VIXEN and NEMESIS), and 2 brigs (WOLVERINE and DAEDALUS) -- gave them 5 tons of bread and 400 gallons of whiskey
13 Sep 1845 Arrived at Manila.
20 Sep 1845 Sailed from Manila.
