An Act concerning professors of mathematics in the navy of the United States.

 

          Be it enacted in the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That professors of mathematics in the navy of the United States shall be entitled to live and mess with the lieutenants of seagoing and receiving vessels, and shall receive such rations as lieutenants of the same ship or station shall receive.
