An Act to increase the pay of lieutenants in the navy.

 

          Be it enacted in the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, from and after the passing of this act, all lieutenants in the navy of the United States shall, in addition to the pay and emoluments now allowed them by law, each receive ten dollars per month, and one ration per day.
